Expert Testimony

 

I have previously qualified to testify as an expert witness in the fields of clinical and forensic psychology, mental health, and various specific statutes by the Board of Parole Hearings (BPH) and the California Superior Court in the counties of Alameda, Calaveras  Contra Costa, Del Norte, El Dorado, Fresno, Kern, Kings, Los Angeles, Madera, Mendocino, Napa, Orange, Sacramento, San Diego, San Joaquin, San Luis Obispo, San Mateo, Santa Barbara, Santa Clara, Santa Cruz, Shasta, Solano, Sonoma, Tulare, Tuolumne, and Ventura.

 

My experience includes both court and jury trials, as well as administrative hearings (i.e., BPH hearings).
